  • Co-Founder & CEO

    Matt Hixson is a veteran of enterprise software. He has been leading new initiatives and social media strategies for the past seventeen years.

    He believes the immense amount of data provided on social media every day leads to unparalled marketing insights and opportunities. He was a CPA in a past life and holds an MBA from the University of Oregon, and was a participant in the executive education program at Harvard for High Potential Leaders. He has worked deeply with the social media applications and analytics teams at YouTube and Google for the past ten years.

  • Co-Founder & CSO

    Nitin Mayande is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator in research, data science, innovation, and strategic leadership. As Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of Tellagence, Nitin developed groundbreaking predictive algorithms for large-scale networks.

    He holds several patents on cutting-edge AI systems and has held numerous leadership roles at technology forward giants like Nike and Intel. Nitin holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Portland State University and possesses a diverse skill set encompassing programming, big data technologies, machine learning frameworks, artificial intelligence and cloud platforms.

  • Victoria Wells is a creative technologist and strategist who joined Tellagence in 2023. She has been leading the development of the strategy and analytics service offerings, leveraging data and AI to inform marketing strategies with creative insights.She brings her hybrid background in emerging technology, startup consulting, and systems thinking to clients, ventures partners & creative teams for future-proof tech strategies.

  • Sharookh Daruwalla is a seasoned System Performance Architect with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Deep Learning networks, SoC architecture, and System Performance optimization. He has made significant contributions to AI systems and architectures in roles at Tellagence Inc. and Cerebras Systems.

    He has deep expertise in system performance architecture and analysis from his time at ARM Ltd & Intel. He holds Masters’ degrees in Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering and has authored patents and publications on AI systems, Memory System Management and System Performance Optimization techniques.

  • PhD – John F. Connelly Endowed Chair in Management

    Dr. Joglekar is the current John F. Connely Endowed Chair in Management at the Villanova School of Business and previously on the faculty at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. His research and teaching interests focus on digital transformation through human-centered applications of AI within product and supply chain management, platforms and market design, and the ethics and social responsibility considerations involved in these processes. His research has been published in leading operations and management journals, including Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Management Science, and MIT Sloan Management Review, among others. Dr. Joglekar has won numerous teaching awards and has been a visiting faculty member at MIT Sloan School of Management and University of Texas, and a visiting fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School and Copenhagen Business School. Dr. Joglekar holds engineering degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Memorial University (Canada), and MIT, and a PhD in Management Science from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
